The URL of the lyrics is: here.He was a friend of mine
Every time I think of him
I just can't keep from cryin'
'Cause he was a friend of mineHe died on the road
He died on the road
He just kept on moving
Never reaped what he could sow
And he was a friend of mineI stole away and cried
I stole away and cried
'Cause I never had too much money
And I never been quite satisfied
And he was a friend of mineHe never done no wrong
He never done no wrong
A thousand miles from home
And he never harmed no one
And he was a friend of mineHe was a friend of mine
He was a friend of mine
Every time I hear his name Lord
I just can't keep from cryin'
'Cause he was a friend of mine.

I uploaded two audios, they are all about the Cultural Revolution, songs and broadcasts. Those who can understand Chinese please feel free to click and listen.
I am serious. I am being annoyed by this question. Do you love someone just because you like him/her? Or, are "like" and "love" representing the same emotion?
It's my girlfriend who always says she likes me, but she seldom tells me that she loves me. More frequently, I ask her to talk about love and stuff. Isn't that weird?! In my opinion, "love" is more passionate and furious than "like". "Like" someone is just because someone is good, but "love" someone would probably have no reasons.
Well, I don't know, I just, have no idea about the two words... Can any native-English-speaking friend kindly tell me the difference between "love" and "like"?
Recently I am watching channel ABC's Ugly Betty, and I love it! I love this girl who's full of passion, both to life and work. I love her attitude of love, because I would act exactly the same when I encounter the same thing.
The only thing embarrassed me most is that there's until now no RMVB version of the next episode(06) available in DonkeyServer2(an eMule/aMule/eDonkey Server). And, my 1 megabytes ADSL can't afford/wait to download the AVI ones. It's weird that I can bear to wait until the RMVB version is finally released but I can't tame the damn slow transit/download speed.
Anyway, I am looking forward to someone to do me a favor, i.e. convert the 6th episode into RMVB and then share it with eMule/aMule. I'd thank you in advance.
P.S. Is it legal to share videos via P2P softwares in U.S.?
There was a problem which confused me very much. That was I can't compose a blog entry when I use Kubuntu Operating System while there's no problem at all when using Windows XP. The thing is, when I click the compose link to start to write an article I normally can't input anything into the text field. I thought it over and then I came out an idea. I switched my input method from SCIM to FCITX, and it works fine! SCIM is actually my favorite IM, and now I have to quit it as it can't work with vox. What a pity!
P.S. It might be a tip to those who're running SCIM in there their Linux Operating Systems, you'd have to change your IM if you are happened to the same situation as I had.
Every Chinese who lives in China mainland are supposed to know Lei Feng. He was, in some words, the idol of people in Mao's time. He is used as a propaganda tool till today and still in progress in modern China. *Too Many Aside Here*
Hmmm, ok, what I want to say is that there'd be found a box of condoms, which are branded as Lei Feng. Most interestingly, the box even has Lei's portrait and Mao's comment (scripts) on it, which is "Learn from Comrade Lei Feng". It's damn hilarious when you think about Lei's tag: I will be a screw... Now he do behave (*look*) like a screw.
I am wondering whether people could erect and put their that in, 'coz it's weird any way when Lei Feng suddenly draw your attention as you just intend to do something.
Someone complained about the expense of Lei's condoms, since there are always cheaper ones available in the grocers as well as other retailers. According to Letters from China, the Lei's condoms set the price at ¥12 per box, which contains 3 condoms in it. I don't quite agree with the complainant, as long as it works fine, 4 RMB is not a really big deal for most Chinese. Especially when compare it with Durex, it's already fair enough. So any of you have remarkable mania(i.e. easy to get physical and psychical orgasm when there emerges terms like "Revolution" "Mao" "Patriot" "Communism"... in your brain), you are strongly recommended to use Lei's condoms.
